Summary

Airline Training Center Arizona, Inc. (ATCA) is located in Goodyear Arizona and we are part of the Lufthansa family of companies (detailed information about our parent companies can be found under www.Lufthansa.com and www.lufthansaflighttraining.com). We take pride in providing premier training for Lufthansa pilots and therefore are currently recruiting experienced CFI’s.

Qualifications

Our hiring requirements are as follows:

Class III medical
CFI, CFII

Minimum flight times:

500 PIC
200 Flight Instruction given
200 Instrument time *

* actual or simulated, up to 50 hrs in FTD/SIM, night flying counts toward Instrument time

Compensation / Benefits

We are offering a comprehensive compensation package with a starting salary based on total flight hours starting at $35,000 or $41,000 topping at $50,000. Benefits include 401(k), group medical/dental/vision, Life, AD&D, and LTD insurance, and flight privileges on Lufthansa and contracted airlines.
